    if you’re talking about a certificate of marriagability, i got mine at the u.s. consulate in guangzhou. just bring your divorce papers with you, that proves that you have been divorced. fill out the paperwork, if you can’t figure it out there are offices there that can help you for a small fee. no problem. good luck
